Have you ever wondered about what happens during a typical missing animal consultation with myself, a psychic medium and animal communicator (pet psychic) on the case?

Each week numerous cases involving missing animals are brought to me. Each one is unique, no two are exactly alike, but the process for working each case is similar.

First of all it is critical that I work with as little information up front as possible. Working with a blank slate initially is very important as first impressions often are important and can be colored by the volunteering of too much information by the client.

I only request the name and species of the missing party prior to beginning to reach out to them telepathically.

If your animal is outgoing, friendly, and responsive to you then this part is usually fairly easy depending on the circumstances surrounding their disappearance. If they are friendly towards strangers then this part can be very simple.

After putting out a verbal request for contact with the missing party, I will then wait for a connection to be established before asking where the missing party is and what has happened to them.

Frequently I will simply “see” your animal or I may “hear” what breed they are. Sometimes the details are crystal clear at the beginning of the connection,  other times it can be shaky to begin and then improving as the investigation moves forward.

I will then describe various details as they come in, looking for only a “yes” or “no” response from my client to confirm the details. On occasion other animals living or past will try and butt in to the attempt to connect with the missing party.

After a connection is confirmed by describing various details about the missing party such as physical appearance, age, personality, manner in which they went missing and more, it is then time to ask where they are and what happened to them.

Frequently I will describe the physical location the animal went missing from, before using a map to refine the search.

As I bring forward details concerning the missing pet I will often times stop and ask additional confirming questions such as type of food eaten at home relationships in the home sleeping arrangements,  past injuries and much more.

If your animal is unable to respond,  such as recently passed or choosing to leave of their own free will, there are other ways to obtain the information we are seeking. I may request the name of a past loved one who is human and in spirit.

Again the process of connecting is similar with details concerning physical appearance, age, manner of passing, career interests and more being used to confirm the connection.

After contact is firmly established, questions about what can be seen, smelled, heard, and felt will be asked to determine location of missing party. In addition questions about direction traveled or traveling, health and more can be asked.

On occasion a solid connection will be established only to find the animal clams up when asked specific questions about what happened and where they are or if they are living or passed.

It can sometimes be difficult to tell your loved ones that you did something they told you not to and now you have gotten yourself into big trouble.

In some cases an animal can be talked into coming in or meeting at a neutral location closer to where they are presently.

Sometimes you will be led to their physical remains or evidence that suggests that they are in spirit.

In a limited number of cases the animal has rehomed themselves and does not wish to return or they have been stolen and sold or used in dog fighting etc., some cases will be solved and others may lack any serious closure.

Hopefully you never have an animal come up missing or lost, but if you do, I am here to help.

Charles Peden Psychic Medium & Animal Communicator

Since 2006 Charles Peden a Psychic Medium and Animal Communicator, (pet psychic) has been assisting people find their missing and lost animals. Through the use of telepathic communication Peden is able to connect with the missing animal and bring forward details only known to the owner in order to confirmation a connection with the animal.

Details such as an accurate physical description, the animals age, circumstances surrounding the disappearance and more may be brought forward to confirm a connection with the lost animal.

Please do not provide a photograph or a description of the missing animal, Peden likes to work with a “blank slate” so to speak.

Peden works with only a name to go on and after the confirmation of a connection has been established, Peden will ask the animal a series of questions to determine what has happened to them and most importantly where they are.

Animals are able to relay detailed information such as the names of towns, street names, numbers, smells and sounds within the area and more to Peden so that a focused search of the area where the animal is can begin.

While not every case ends in a joyful re-union, the majority of those contacting Peden for help with locating a missing animal will either receive closure or find their missing animal.

Most recently a lost dog in Tucson, Arizona was located after the owners contacted Peden to help in recovering their missing animal. They “drove right to him” based upon the information that Peden was able to provide.

Peden’s services do not stop there, he is able to assist with facilitating a “conversational” connection with your animals and he provides theses services worldwide via the internet and the phone.

Many organizations and animal rescue’s utilize his services, attending fundraiser’s as one of the principal draws for the event to assisting in hospice issues and helping out with difficult to work with animals.

Clients include, The Humane Society, the SPCA, the Port of Oakland, ReHorse Rescue Ranch, Macy’s, K94keeps.org, ABU Arabian Horse Club of Beecher, IL, Wag Hotels, Doggone Detectives, and many others.

Hello Charles,

Carly returned just in time to celebrate my birthday with me last week. 🙂

One of the key elements in the reading was geese being fattened up for slaughter. You directed me to Slaughterville Road, and a church with a white steeple on that road. I left flyers there and planted a poster at the nearest stop sign. I drove down a hwy in the area that I’d never driven before. I felt very lost and unsure if I was headed in a helpful direction. Its importance didn’t register with me at the time, but I passed a tire shop – a place that uses an air gun/impact wrench type tool that makes noise like what Carly described to you that she could hear. Though I felt I was far away from the right search point, I planted a poster at that intersection. Later I discovered that tire shop was in close proximity to where Carly was ultimately found, only I had approached it from the opposite direction.

The next day I got a call from a woman, Teresa, who had sighted Carly. She saw one of my posters and called to say Carly had been at her house two nights prior. Her son wanted to keep her, but her husband said no, she belongs to someone, let her go back to her home. They never realized of course just how far from home she actually was. Well, the woman and her family live in Slaughterville! I knew we were on to something, so I rushed out there to put more posters in that vicinity. As I was hanging posters, Teresa drove past and introduced herself. She had more news – Carly had been at a neighbor’s house the night before, eating from an automatic feeder! Now we have a sighting only 14 hours earlier.

Later that evening, Teresa called to say she had Carly in her car! She had driven further east of where Carly was last seen, and found her walking down the street. This was at least 1.5 miles from Teresa’s house.

When I arrived at Teresa’s house to get Carly, I noticed the house had dark, muted green shutters – the dark green trim you saw in the reading. Also notable is that they are building an addition on the house – another possible source of the air gun sound – a nail gun?

Your intuitive input along with old fashioned footwork and good-hearted people combined to bring my girl home!

Thank you so much for your invaluable help.

While I don’t really enjoy working lost animal cases, (working one means that someone is missing a loved one) I do find great joy in assisting in the successful recovery of a missing animal.

Working missing animal cases can be very draining, after all every client is dealing with the nightmare of a loved one being gone and are desperate for answers and closure.

Unfortunately not all cases end up with a happy reunion, however many do, they are the ones that keep me going in this tough line of work, and I would like to share one such recent story with you, here is my clients testimonial, my comments are below.

I contacted Charles on Sunday, September 18, 2011, after our cat Silky had been missing more than 35 days.  We weren’t sure if she was still alive, and had all but given up hope of seeing her again.  Charles’ first impressions were that our cat was still alive, and he saw box-type trucks nearby.
I asked Charles if he could connect with my other beloved cat, Pollyanna, whom had died on August 13, 2011 and ask her about Silky.  Charles instantly picked up Pollyanna’s energy.  Pollyanna informed him that Silky was alive and seemed to be moving to and fro in a confined area.  I told Charles that a canal runs behind my house and it continues right behind a U-Haul truck business.  Charles felt Silky was near that business.  Indeed she was!  Trapped in the canal, unable to escape over the 20 foot tall cement walls on both sides.  We placed a trap in the canal, and after 38 days and a strong will to live, we got our Silky back.  Thanks to Charles’ God-given abilities to connect to all animals living or passed on, we now have our Silky back home.
Our family highly recommends Charles for any needs you may have regarding animals.  He is a kind and compassionate gentleman.
Mr. and Mrs Peck, Concord, Ca
This particular case was difficult to some extent for me as I was concerned about giving false hope where there was none, however no matter how I asked the question regarding the cat still being alive I always got the same reply, a big “Yes!”
Trusting my instincts, the information coming in and the fact that I have brought many other animals home safely I “stuck to my guns” and was successful in relay accurate information as to the animals whereabouts and condition.

When one is dealing with a missing animal it is important that we do not assume what has happened until proof has been brought forward. In cases where the animal has passed, frequently the animal’s body is no longer available to be recovered – as in eaten by coyotes or other animals. In some cases the animal’s body is unrecoverable without valiant efforts such as recovering a body that has been swept out to sea or that has gotten lost in the wilderness with very little in the way of landmarks and roads to guide a recovery.

Another type of case where a physical body recovery is not possible is where the animal chooses to shield us from the difficulty of their passing. If a passing was tragic, such as being hit by a vehicle, your animal may not wish to allow you to view their body in such a state. By preventing you from seeing this, they are protecting you, and themselves from having to be further reminded of the incident that was responsible for their passing.

If I am unable to reunite you with your animal, or if I am unable to lead you to their remains, I can still provide closure.

Recently I was chatting with a dog who had passed some time ago. The person never really had closure, the animal “disappeared” while he was still living at home with his parents. His folks had put his dog down and did not have the decency to tell him the truth of what had taken place. When the dog came through there was a wealth of personal details regarding favorite memories, past injuries, specific life events and even the location where he had lived with this dog was brought forward. While not a “missing” animal case this was still closure being brought forward, many years after the events had transpired.

The first 48 hours after an animal goes missing are critical. Many times people resort to an animal communicator (pet psychic) as a last resort, while I believe that it is one of the first people you should call, knowing the right area to search makes all the difference.  Being able to communicate with a scared animal companion may mean the difference between life or death for them. Had I not made contact with the cat in the testimonial above, and had a large volume of water ran through the canal, I can assure you that cat would not be at home right now, instead they would most likely have drowned and never been recovered.

Granted some animals do not wish to come home, when they took off it was not because they were scared, but rather unhappy with home life and seeking to find a new family or try and make it on their own. Some missing animals join packs or feral colonies and sometimes animals just are finding their wild side. There was a book written along those lines by Jack London, “The Call of The Wild.” When an animal chooses to leave, or while out on their own, decides to try and make it by themselves, there is not much I can do.

If you are a concerned individual, but not the primary party tied to a high profile case, please understand the following; I only work missing animal and missing persons investigations when working directly with the immediate family involved or the lead law enforcement agency involved. You may alert the parties involved as to my services, you may pay for my services, however I will not work any case that I am not in direct contact with the principal parties involved.

I do not provide my services unsolicited, nor do I have a “take” or an “opinion” with regards to any public, high profile cases … yes, I do get called in to work some of them, however not everyone is comfortable with publicly acknowledging the use of a person with my abilities and there is a certain level of discretion and that is expected when involved in such work.

Psychic Medium and Animal Communicator, Charles PedenAs this is my own blog, I have no problem with partaking in a bit of shameless self promotion. While putting together the above poster, it dawned on me that animal communication has really gone mainstream. It boggles my mind to think that just four short years ago I had never even heard of an animal communicator – pet psychic. Granted I had heard of psychics, I just was a skeptic.

Of course while as a young child I had experiences that were hard to explain. There was the time that I saw our deceased cat playing in the garden while at the kitchen sink washing dishes with my mother. I pointed out our cat playing up on the hillside and was promptly reminded that she had passed the year before. That was confusing … as was seeing the ghost of a fur trader creeping around our house. My brother and I saw him, he was dressed in buckskins with a Bowie knife in his right hand and a long rifle over his back. My understanding was that he had died after being ambushed by the local tribes who were unhappy with his intrusion onto their hunting grounds.

My memories from the early years were quickly suppressed as my childhood became nothing more than a memory. As a young adult I really do not recall any unusual experiences. On January, 24th 2006 I had a ghost appear in my home and that opened up the next chapter of my life. In many ways my unfolding was like going from zero to sixty in four seconds flat, quite the ride! Even then it was another seven months before I realized that I could communicate with live animals.

These days, I find myself counseling animals and their people on a near daily basis. One recent week began with me communicating with a dog in New Delhi, India (on the phone with his person) and later that day connecting with a rabbit in New Jersey, (on the phone as well.) Later that week I saw over twenty dogs in person.

On the 27th of June I was the featured Pet Psychic at “Mind Over Mutts” an event at Jack London Square in Oakland that is put on in partnership with the Eastbay SPCA. I had a great time chatting it up with the dogs and their people. A short 10-15 minute reading was $20 with all proceeds being donated to the Eastbay SPCA. The Port of Oakland, (Jack London Square) covered my stipend for the event and I was able to donate $260 to help out the animals in Alameda county.

Some of my favorite conversations involved a dog that ratted out his persons love of betting at the track. I was sitting with a woman and her dog, I asked the dog to provide me with something that would confirm a connection with him. And all of a sudden I was seeing images of the horse track. I asked if he had been taken to the races or to the track and the lady then called out to her husband who was a short distance away, but not seated with us. He got a somewhat worried look on his face, one wonders what other secrets he had. He then confirmed that he went to the track regularly, but had never taken the dog. The dog knew about it and let the wife know about how often he likes to go … too funny.

Another humorous incident was a woman who had brought her twelve year old son and dog to see me. After chatting a little bit with the dog, she asked me if the dog knew what her son did all day … instead of playing with the dog. I asked the dog and he told me the kid played video games. She asked if the dog could tell me what game the kid plays the most. I looked at the kid who was dressed in “skater” like clothes and then said to them both, “a fighting game, called “Call of Duty.” You should have seen their jaws drop, great stuff! I will bet you that kid will never be the same again – in a good way. While it is true that I also communicate with the spirits of the deceased on a daily basis as well, I have found that communication with animals helps to “break the ice” so to speak. When I go out in public, it is not uncommon for me to see the spirits of your loved ones beside you. It is however “unnerving” for someone such as myself to approach you in public and announce that your beloved husband is still with you in spirit. It is far easier for me to simply approach your dog and ask him a question that only he can answer.

Frequently animals will come up to me in public as they recognize my ability to communicate with them. The information that will come through will be very detailed. One of the first things that animals will tell me is their age, not from birth, but from conception. Frequently past animals will make an appearance. Often times animals wish to pass on a message to their person, such as thanking them for something that they did for their animal or simply letting them know how much they love them. Sometimes health concerns will be brought up and the animal may have some insights into how to care for their problems. It is of course important to note that I am not a vet and that I am simply able to relay to you additional insights and information. It is your obligation to consult with a trained animal care specialist regarding any information brought forward during a consultation.

Working with animals is very rewarding. As with any form of communication, it is a “two way street” and if an animal does not wish to communicate there is little I can do. I will from time to time employ the “burning ears” technique, in order to encourage an animal to communicate. This technique can be very effective when an impasse has been met. For example consider the case illustrated below.

While visiting Topanga I was on a trail ride where I bumped into one of the neighbors of the person whose ranch I was staying at. This person (we’ll call her Susan) had a beautiful horse who we will refer to as “Daisy.” Susan told me that Daisy had thrown her three times recently and that she really needed some help. I told her that after we had returned to the ranch from our ride and had dinner, that I would drive over and work with her and Daisy.

Later that evening I came over to work with Daisy and Susan. I noticed Susan’s jean jacket was on the ground in the middle of the corral. Daisy had taken it off of the fence and dropped it in the dirt. I asked Daisy for a show of good will, I asked her to retrieve Susan’s jacket. Daisy walked over to the jacket, put her nose down (within two inches) of it and then she jerked her head up, turned around and commenced to pee right near it.

The horse had made it clear that she was “pissed off” now what? I then turned to Susan and asked her to explain her side of the story. Usually I will have the animal communicate with me first, however in this case the horse was quite upset and was not talking. The whole reason I had come over was because Daisy had thrown her rider three times and if that was the case, it was very dangerous and had to be addressed right away.

With Daisy not talking I turned to Susan and listened as she began to describe how she had come to acquire Daisy. It turned out that Daisy was her first horse and that she had been auctioned off at a foreclosure auction. Daisy was pregnant when Susan had purchased her. The foal had recently been weaned and that had driven a bit of a wedge between Susan and Daisy. In addition to that, Susan was lacking confidence in what she was doing and that worried Daisy.

It only got worse when Susan told me how she had been thrown. It had been a very cold morning and been determined to go for a ride, Susan had put on a snowsuit over her regular riding clothes. She was as ungainly as the Michelin Man and she slipped off the stump that she was balancing on to get in the saddle. After nearly getting in the saddle she had slipped right off. Finally she made it into the saddle and Daisy simply sat her back legs down and raised her shoulders, shrugging off Susan in the process. Not much of a throwing.

Daisy had been insulted that Susan had gone around telling people that she had been thrown. It only got worse when similar events took place and now Susan was telling everyone how dangerous Daisy was and how she had been thrown three times. The truth of the matter was that Susan was in over her head, needed some professional instruction in riding and in care for a mare and her new foal. She simply lacked confidence and knowledge, which resulted in a nervous and unhappy horse. The horse had made a judgment call and simply decided that Susan was not fit to ride her. A little bit of communication with our animals can go a long ways towards bringing peace to the ranch and or home.

Back to the shameless self promotion.

Movie Poster for the Lovely Bones

Poster for th Lovely Bones

Four years ago I read “the Lovely Bones” and found that while the book had some serious issues regarding the actual way things are once you die, (from my experience) that overall it was a good read. So … it was with much anticipation that I waited to see the movie once I heard a film was going to be created based upon the book. Soon after the movie came out I tried to see it in the theater, but for one reason or another it never happened. Recently I finally got a chance to see the movie and no disrespect to the actors, but it was not that great.

First of all there is the issue with taking a book that deals with sensitive subject material regarding a juvenile who is abducted, raped and murdered. That alone does not translate well from book to screen, it’s easier to read about than to watch … like a fly on the wall. Granted the film skips over the sexual assault, but still it’s uncomfortable to watch the killer going about planning to abduct the girl and then following through on it.

The elements of the story which I enjoyed, the transparency of our lives to the dead … the fact that there is an afterlife, the fact that some here can see the dead and communicate with them is still there, however I feel too much time was spent on emphasizing something that I do not believe exists the way as portrayed in the movie. When someone is “in-between” worlds, it does not appear as a gazebo in the middle of the cornfield that you may have been murdered in or as an odd place with a lighthouse. Instead, the world appears as it is, except there is little ability to interact with it, at least in the fashion that one was accustomed to.

Some of the story was edited and integral parts of the tale were left out, making the story less compelling. The relationship that the girls mother has with the detective who is working her case is skipped over as are a few additional components of the story.

I hesitate to recommend this movie though I do suggest the book. I thought that while the characters in the film were played well by the actors involved, the subject material does not make a good transition to the screen. So in closing, skip the movie and enjoy the book and remember that it is a work of fiction with just enough genuine elements of the interactions between the departed and those present to make it interesting and compelling. Heaven is of course nothing like what is portrayed in either the book or the film.

The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold

The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold

While providing a recent reading it dawned on me that having the assistance of a psychic medium when conducting genealogical research could be very useful.  Allow me to illustrate.

A few years ago I was asked to connect a person with a long lost family member. The only information I was provided was a request to speak with a Native American as she had heard from another family member that “there was Indian blood in her family.”

Very quickly I established a connection with a gentleman who told me that he was the one we were looking for. He told me that he was Osage and that he had met her ancestor in the late 1700s. He himself was part French and had been unwelcome in his tribe “being a half-breed” and so he had left the tribe and became a traveling “medicine man.” He had partnered up with a Frenchman and they traversed the country selling their potions and elixirs from town to town. It was during one of these travels that he met this woman’s relative and he confessed to not knowing that he had made her pregnant. He also told me that he had been with the woman when she was only 16!

It was following the revelation that the girl was only 16 when she became pregnant that really confirmed the individual was who he claimed to be – and that I had a solid connection with him. The only detail that my client was fully aware of, was that her relative was 16 at the time she became pregnant by the Native American and that he had not been around for the child.

What a great connection … they communicated a bit more and than the reading was done. Recently I solved another family mystery. A woman who I had read for several times had requested a fourth reading. Over the course of the past few years she had asked me to connect her with one of her guides, or anyone else in spirit who had a message for her. Each time I gave her a reading, I saw the same individual coming through. He had sandy blonde hair with red highlights, and among other things always was dressed in a plaid shirt. He was fit with a muscular build and and handsome features. She had no idea who he was. He would tell her that he was related to her, but that she did not know him.

During this most recent connection with the “mystery man” the woman who I was reading for, made an ultimatum. She said that unless he revealed his relationship to her, that she would ignore him and have nothing to do with him. He pleaded that it was best if she just accepted his terms and she stood her ground. He then revealed his true identity and relationship to her. He was her real grandfather, her grandmother had an affair, became pregnant and passed off the resulting child as being one of her husbands. Now it became very clear why he had such an interest in her welfare and why he was being so secretive as to his identity. The story he told was quite scandalous, yet fit as the woman remembered that her grandparents relationship had been difficult and fairly loveless, not hard to imagine her grandmother seeking comfort in the arms of another man and then hiding the true identity of the child’ father.

Once I had one of my own relatives come through and apologize for the behavior of another family member. It was not until I reviewed a copy of my family tree that I saw the name of the person who had come through to me. She gave me her name and said that she was to blame in part for the way that one of the men in our family had treated his own family. She gave me the name of the kid she was referring to, which I recognized as being a relative of mine, however I did not recognize her name. It turned out that she was the mother of the family member she was apologizing for, no wonder she felt partly responsible.

All of this has led me to believe that when used properly, a good psychic medium can become an invaluable resource when researching ones family tree. When you really think about it, it’s incredible … the ability to connect with long lost relatives, discover true causes of death, unravel family mysteries and unearth “skeletons” in the closet. I can imagine that this would be useful for those who are adopted and for those who have lost all family records.  It is of course important to note that in some cases it may not be a good idea to connect with “long lost” relatives, though I believe in the majority of cases, it would be wonderful to be able to make such connections.

As one develops their abilities as a psychic medium, inevitability they will at some point be asked for their take on a missing persons case. Several times we (as psychic mediums) get involved in cases where family members of the missing have been guided to us in some fashion so that they may utilize another tool in their quest for answers as they search for their missing loved one/s.  What follows will be an account of a case that I became involved in, where I have changed the names of those involved, however the rest of the details are fairly accurate.

A few years ago I was contacted by a friend who had a friend of theirs who had a family member go missing. The missing was a young woman and was reported to have last been seen in the company of a known sexual predator.

While out clubbing in New York, she hooked up with this young man and took a drive with him, after which she was never seen again. After having been missing for a few weeks, I became involved through connecting with one of her relatives and filling him in on the information that I had coming through, which he then relayed to the authorities. I also spoke directly with the authorities and urged them to check out a few leads, which they then followed up on, to no avail. This was a very difficult case, and I think that perhaps I may have overlooked some of the clues, over analyzed a few and missed a couple.

One of the very first clues that I had was a large round form like a manhole cover or similar. At the time i was using Google to view photos from the air and was attempting to line up images that I “saw” and then connecting them with landmarks. I was asking for landmarks that could be viewed from the air and I shown a large round object. At one point I thought it might be the view from the bottom of a well, looking up, but that did not fit. Roof seemed to be a clue that came forward when I was thinking about the large round object, but nothing fit … except Penn Station. When I viewed the maps, one of the first things I felt was “full circle” but when I went full circle from her last known location in NYC to where she was last sighted, about an hour and a half away and then back to Manhattan, I was lost. I saw Penn Station and while drawn too it, I could not figure out why.

During my investigation another clue came in that was very strong, covered bridges. I began to think that perhaps she had been dumped off of a covered bridge, but that did not make sense, as I could not feel that. I went so far as to view pictures of just about every covered bridge in NY in an attempt to figure out why I was drawn to them. Another clue that came in very strongly was canals. But it felt as though it had more to do with historical canals rather than present day canals. One of the clues that probably drove me nuts more than any other was “Happy Days” the TV show and diner. I was impressed to find that their was a Happy Days Diner on the highway that I was sure she would be found near. But, when I sent the authorities in that direction, nothing came of it.

I also had the crossing of the Delaware coming in as a clue and that that this was a reference to the Revolutionary War and every time that I went in that direction I felt that I was close to something, but just missing it. The most dramatic clue I had come through was when my television set turned it’s self on and then it flipped through channels landing on channel “6”. When I said six, I was told that I was hitting on a detail that was correct.

I kept seeing large equipment like construction equipment and thought that perhaps a gravel quarry or construction site of some type where they were excavating was nearby. She was found not too far from a large open pit mine. Being out in the country and near a reservoir along with dragonfly’s and a marsh were shown to me repeatedly and I was never able to figure out the dragonfly clue. Tattoo came through as well and I thought that it was a dragonfly tattoo or tattoo parlor that we may have been looking for.

One clue that I shared with the authorities and which felt very solid to me was ATV or dirt bikes. I saw a trail for off-road riding and that she was near it. In an email that I shared with some friends, I shared the following:

“Here are the clues in order of their apperance and how they came to me. Thank you for any help you can provide. I should add that it is possible that some of these clues are related to other missing persons in the area, while my focus is on “name omitted”, other spirits of missing individuals may try and ride the “coat tails”of this investigation so that they too may be located. While working a missing persons case in Oregon nearly two years ago, I provided clues and the actual whereabouts of five missing persons while I was only looking for two.

My first contact with the case came prior to my hearing about her. A friend of my wife works with one of (the victims) cousins and he then called me. He is in the military and is stationed at Fort Lewis in the Seattle/Tacoma area of Washington state. When he contacted me I asked for her name only and no additional details. The first thing I told him was that she had gone missing in the company of a man whom the police had already identified and whom they considered a person of interest. He confirmed that was the case and then I asked if he would be able to provide confirmation of details about her as they came through, he said that he was not real close to her and gave me the number of another family member who was closer to her.

Later that day I connected with another one of her cousins who is a truck driver and whom lives in Chicago. He had just returned from New York and had been involved in some of the early searches for her. He also knew her father whom had died a year prior. The Family is from (omitted). Her father did not speak English and there was no mention of him in the papers. The cousin from Chicago asked me to connect with her father. I secured a connection with him and began bringing through details about him. I described his clothing, his physical appearance, how he died and what he did for a living. Once nearly convinced that I was speaking to him, the cousin asked me another question to ask her father, the question was related to a trip that he had made with her father and that’s when the answers stopped making sense. I had a feeling that the father felt that he had already proved that it was him coming through and now he wanted to stop beating around the bush and start bringing forward details regarding her whereabouts.

Sadly there was a touch of a language barrier with the cousin I was speaking with and the phone reception was spotty. He asked what it was that he and her father had done together on his last trip to visit them. I was then shown a motorcycle, similar to a dirtbike, like motocross. He said no, they did not ride bikes, I asked if she had a motorcycle, he said no. No one coulod figure out why I was seeing a motorbike. Then I saw fishing … I described them fishing and he said yes, they had gone out on a boat and gone deep sea fishing or something like that in the Gulf. The problem was that I saw a different type of fishing, what looked like a river and people in waders fly fishing, he said that did not ring a bell.

Then I saw a dragonfly, I described it and he said that meant nothing to him, I then asked about a butterfly, perhaps a tattoo on her shoulder or ankle, I then saw that it was a dragonfly and not a butterfly and asked if he was positive that she did not have a dragonfly tattoo, he said that she had no tattoos. It simply did not make sense since I saw it so strongly.  Nothing new came through during the rest of the reading and so I called it quits for the time being.

That evening I had my TV turn it’s self on after we had finished watching a show and had turned it off. After turning it off and walking out of the room, I heard it turn back on. The remotes were in such a position that they would not have been able to work and the TV turned on and then went off of cable and the channel changed to a white noise/snow channel which happened to be number 6. I walked up to the TV and turned it off, I felt a very strong presence and as quickly as I turned it off, the TV turned it’s self right back on and back to channel 6. I then realized that someone wanted to send me a message and so I sat down to speak with the spirit. After about five minutes it dawned on me that I already had the message, the number 6. At this point I had not yet looked at any maps of the area and was not familiar with the region.

The next day I pulled up some maps of the area and to my surprise I found that route 6 runs right through the area that she went missing, not only that, but there was a tattoo shop right on route 6 and not too far away from where there was a place that looked as though motorbikes may be jumped etc., like an old field that had been used as a track. I called the police and the cousin and relayed the info to them. They later told me that they checked out the leads and that nothing had come of it.

At this point I began to spend about an hour or three a day in looking at maps of the area trying to piece together the clues and make sense of what happened to her. In what I believe was one of my conversations with her, she seemed to be very ashamed and did not seem to want to be found. Her family kept telling the press what a good girl she was and how the only way she would have left the club that night with a stranger, was if she had been drugged. I got the sense that if they found her body and ran a tox screen on it that they would not find drugs in her system and so that would hurt her family. I have felt that she has not wanted to cooperate very much in finding her body due to the condition it was left in and due to her family’s convictions that she was a “good” girl and would never do such things.

Around this same time, I had a visit from Harvey Milk and when he dropped by, he used music and the music videos that go along with the songs to communicate a message to me. I then asked for a similar clue to her whereabouts. I started picking up on Wheezers song about Happy Days. And earlier that same day I had a reading where I had something odd come through durning a reading after I briefly mentioned the case that I was working on. I saw a Chevy Camero that was tricked out hot rod style. The passenger window had a tray or something attached to it that was sticking outside of the car. I kept thinking that it was a camera mount for film passengers in a moving vehicle, but that did not fit. I finally dismissed it and finished the reading, later that day the song about the Happy Days diner came into my head and I looked it up on Youtube, I was not familiar with Happy Days or the song and while watching the video I was hit with wave upon wave of energy and found myself weeping very heavily. I thought that it was perhaps something in the video and I wrote down every word in background, I also checked the lyrics and though they seemed somewhat appropriate, they were not a clue. Then it dawned on me that the clue was the diner it’s self.

I found out that the diner was fictional and set in another state no where near New York. I then on a hunch googled the diner along with New York, turns out that there is a Happy Days diner in New York, on route 6! I pulled up their web site and found pictures of cars, hot rods and one of them was a Chevy Camero that looke just like the one I saw during the reading earlier in the day and of course they had food trays that rested on the window of the car.

The next video clue was Like a Virgin by Madonna. I could not make sense of the lyrics, they made no sense, but the video is filmed in the canals of Venice. Covered bridges also came through as being somewhat significant, or at least the view from inside of one of them, I thought that it was the crisscross wooden framework that seemed to be a visual clue, more so then the bridge it’s self. I also began to pick up on full circle or at least a circle shape. I thought that perhaps it was possible that she was in an old culvert, perhaps a storm drain or something. The image of looking up from the bottom of a storm drain and seeing a small circle of light gave me the chills and I kept feeling like there was a drop, like she was dropped into such a structure. Perhaps an old mine shaft, or something of that nature.

The dragonfly seems to me to be one of the best clues along with the motorbike, a watershed of some sort, and full circle. The canal clue along with 6 and the diner are very strong clues. I have often felt that there is a connection to a historical location that is tied to the Revolutionary War, and plankroad seems to get my attention as does a crossing of some kind.

I think that she may be found in near or in an old canal that may be dry at the moment. I think that she may wash out with the spring thaw and April showers. She is in a historical location and perhaps near a construction site.

Once I locate my notes I will go over them and add in any additional details that I may have brought forward while looking into her case.

More later …. off to work for now.

-Charles”

In a batch of notes that I kept regarding my investigation I found a piece of paper with the following written on it:

Dragonfly, Tattoo, Butterfly, Ankle, Dirtbike, Motorcycle, motocross, trail, track, circle, middle, the number 6, bridges (covered), near water, lake, pond, buried, in soil, outside, forest, Kings, Historical, connection to revolutionary war, Middletown, military in close proximity, NJ subway entrance, mines, powerlines, ballfields, medical center.

I have additional notes somewhere regarding this case and when they are located … I am sure that more will come together. For now though let’s take a look at the hits.

Hits: (Can be supported through an email and additional notes made prior to her body being located.)

I saw her body in a shallow grave at best, in a field where a reservoir and or lake and marsh was nearby.

I saw ATV trails, places for off road riding, she was found by ATV riders in an open field.

I saw a large open pit/mine/construction and large equipment, found near where her body was located.

The covered bridges … Pennsylvania has more than any other State in the nation and also had the nations first covered bridge,  she was found in Pennsylvania.

Time line … I saw her body being found in April, she was found in April.

Happy Days came through as a strong clue for awhile … the musical version of Happy Days toured through PA while I was investigating and there is a Happy Days diner off of Highway 6 in New York.

The number 6 came through many times and I was told it was the highway that she was off of, sure enough … her body was found right off of highway 6.

Historical references to canals came through several times while I was investigating the case, the town near where she was found is named for the former president of the Delaware Hudson Canal Company.

Several times I saw George Washington crossing the Delaware as a clue and mistook it for simply being a clue to the war, in fact she was transported across the Delaware river prior to having her body dumped.

Olyphant used to be known as the Queen city when King Charles had to settle a land dispute there … Kings kept coming through as a reference.

Full circle was a difficult to understand clue, it seemed to me to represent the possibility that her body was taken back to where she had been picked up from. When I got back to that area on the maps, (Manhattan) what jumped out at me was Penn Station, since from the air it looked like a huge circle or man hole cover (which) I thought I might be seeing. I also looked at cooling towers and waste treatment facilities since they had a similar appearance. looking back on it, Penn Station was the clue as she was trying to let me know that she was in Pennsylvania.

I had several misses, but when I look at the hits and the near hits … I can see that some of the information I should have taken literally. When shown a man crossing the Delaware, perhaps I should cross the Delaware too in my search for the individual instead of getting caught up in what the crossing of the Delaware represented in the battle for our nations independence.

Looking back on my work with the case, I wish that I had it to do over as I now see where I let the investigation get away from me. Now with a bit more experience and knowledge, I look forward to the next time I am asked to assist in an investigation of this nature.

Missing Animal Cases

a.) Not all animals will want to be located, no offense … but your animal may have been ticked off by something and you may not even be fully aware of it.

If for some reason your animal is angry or upset with you or a situation in your home, they may be willing to return if you are able “talk it out” and come to an understanding where both of your needs are met.

For example: A dog was adopted out and soon after being adopted, the new “owners” called the shelter to report the dog had gone missing. I connected with the dog after one of the shelter’s personnel contacted me about the situation. The dog informed me that the home that he had been adopted out to was overcrowded with other animals and that he wanted nothing to do with it. The dog proceeded to inform me of the general details of the area that he was hiding in and gave a good reason for not trusting the shelter people … if they adopted me out to this place, why should I take my chances and go back there? Freedom can to some dogs be a bit too much of a calling and when running away from “bad” situations, they may end up going feral if food, water and shelter can be found on their own, or they may end up moving on and finding another family to adopt them, one that they have vetted on their own.

b.) Some animals will wish to shield you from any knowledge of a difficult passing. Though some animals seem to be okay with leading their humans to their physical remains … not all are comfortable with it and depending on their manner of passing, they may wish to protect you from it.

Animals do not fear death, they fear pain … both physical and emotional. If you consider the fact that “your” animals are connected to you telepathically and that the way that you talk about them, feel about them and think about them directly affects them, they will try and avoid additional pain and suffering for both parties.

For example: A woman had lost her cat and after going missing she contacted me. I connected with her cat and described a neighborhood where the homes were spaced six hundred feet apart with manicured lawns between them. She replied that was not anything like her neighborhood where the homes were fifty feet apart. I provided further details and after a bit it all came together. I had described a location directly across the lake from her, where she found her cat washed up on the shoreline. As the body was not damaged, the cat felt perfectly fine with leading her to his body. In many cases where the body is badly injured and visibly damaged, the animal will not lead you to the body so that you do not have to endure imagining the pain and suffering that they went through in their final moments. As they are connected to you, they feel the way you think of them and so they are also protecting themselves from having to be reminded of their difficult passing.

c.) Foul play does occur on occasion and an animal that went missing, may have been stolen for one reason or another. These cases are difficult because often times the thieves leave the area and it is possible that your animal may go through several hands before being sold or disposed of in some way.

For example: Dog fighting involves not just fighting dogs, but “bait” dogs as well. In some situations smaller animals that are not purebred or young enough to be resold as pets may end up being used as bait to make the fighting dogs more aggressive. I personally know the location where some of these dogs bodies are dumped after being mangled by the fighting dogs.

In one missing animal case I dealt with a Chihuahua who had been stolen from right in front of their person’s home. The dog told me that he was north, and by the market … and that he was in a cage or trapped in some fashion. I went north of the home on foot and found nothing, then I saw the market … it was south and east of the home … not north. A few days later the dog was returned. The story was that the dog had ended up in a flea market in a town just north of us and was on display in a carrier at the market. The man claimed to have purchased the dog for $500 for his daughter at the market, saw a story in the paper about the missing dog, realized what had happened and simply wanted to be reimbursed for the purchase price and declined the larger reward that had been offered.

When an animal is captured, often times they are fearful, and in unfamiliar surroundings. They may try describing individuals holding them, which if you do not know them … may mean nothing to you. Also if taken out of the area, the clues may be confusing if we are trying to match them up to the immediate area. If changing hands, the descriptions will change as to their surroundings, the persons holding them and what types of vehicles may be involved … very difficult to pinpoint. Add to the mix that these clues will be next to impossible to confirm and therefore very difficult to follow up on.

d.) Sometimes an animal simply needs to get out and stretch their legs and when done, they will come back … not when you call them, but on their terms, when they want to. Sometimes they are stuck … in need of help and given an opportunity to voice where they are and how to rescue them, they will shout it out to me. Sometimes a kind hearted individual takes them in and cannot track you down right away or doesn’t see one of your missing flyers. On occasion the missing will turn up at local shelters or even one a bit further away than you thought your animal would travel.

Provided the animal wishes to be located, it is important to bear in mind that it is possible that the clues coming in are from your animals perspective. In a case that I was working in southern California, a cat was trying to confirm my connection to him by describing his “owners” backyard and the features within in. He kept showing me a tree that to me looked like a willow tree. The cats person insisted that there were no willow trees in the area, I tried to dismiss the image, but it would not go away. I then was shown fruit on the tree and told that it was much smaller than a willow tree. I then asked about a kiwi tree, and was told that she had three of them in her yard, I then described cacti and they too were confirmed.

The bottom line is that I can help nearly everyone obtain some degree of closure when it comes to cases involving missing animals. I simply cannot guarantee that you will be led to their body or that a joyful reunion will take place. The following are some suggestions for effectively locating your missing animal.

1.) Remain calm … as difficult as this sounds it will help you think clearer, it will be more calming to your missing animal and will make it easier on those assisting you with the search. I have actually had animals tell me that their “owners” tearful and ear piercing calls were frightening him and not the soothing shelter and home that he wanted. He had been injured and was afraid that his condition would cause their person to break down and completely lose it, as they clearly could not handle them simply being missing.

2.) Remember that your animal is tuned into you telepathically and hears absolutely everything that you are thinking and is aware of what you are doing. In one case a woman planned on closing the garage door and trapping her cat and not allowing him to go out again. So guess who was careful to avoid returning home and triggering her traps. A certain cat had found freedom to be intoxicating and knowing what his person was planning should he return was enough to keep him away. To him having his outside time taken away entirely was simply not acceptable and he preferred to take his chances on his own.

3.) Animals contrary to popular belief, do not love us unconditionally. If conditions are unacceptable our animals tend to let us know through “misbehaving” or they may simply take off. They too have free will and have feelings just like you and I. Remember that since “your” animals can sense your true feelings and intent, be honest with them and do not treat them like children or babies. Animals are intelligent and deserve our respect.

4.) Contact the shelters in your area and even those just outside your area. You may also check with the local veterinarians and check with your neighbors to see if they saw anything.

5.) Post flyers, contact a pet finder service in your area and if you still need help contact someone such as myself.

Working the Case:
The first thing that I do when contacted regarding a missing animal case is request the “owners” name and the animals name and no further details.

Often times the first details to come in will be a physical description of the missing animal, and or unique traits and behaviors or personnel stories about the animal. As these details come in, it is important that you do not offer anything other than “yes” and “no” replies, no further details. Additional animals may come through during the reading who are also connected to you … and your animal, both living and passed may come through.

Once a connection is established and both of us feel that I am connecting with your missing animal, we will then ask questions regarding the nature of the disappearance. To me this in many cases is quite conversational, where I may ask a simple question and be given a simple reply such as “what were the workmen who scared you doing in the home?” and the dog replied to me “removing the carpeting and installing flooring” to which the “owner” said “yes, that is correct!” Sometimes the animal will “clam up” and I may have to apply what I call the “burning ears” technique which is where we will begin discussing the animals offending behaviors until the animal feels the need to stand up and speak for themselves so as to “set the record straight.”

Though I cannot assure you a happy conclusion to your missing case, I can guarantee you a greater sense of understanding and perhaps even closure, with or without your beloved animal companion returning to you. Please understand that you are paying for my time and not the results, as such and given the stressful nature of missing animal cases I operate on a somewhat sliding scale. Initial consultations are free, 5-10 minutes and should anything develop and you feel the information coming through was of some value to you and we go longer than a few minutes pay me what you can afford … based upon my regular rates. If after an initial consultation your animal is still missing, you may request a follow up session, though by and large if that is the case and it goes over 5-10 minute you will be expected to pay my regular rates.

Charles has a strong belief that we are all capable of what he does. His gifts are not unique to him as we all have the potential to connect with our 6th sense. Many of us connect with “spirit” and are not aware of it, or we are and we do not mention it to others. By guiding you to connect with your own abilities many have found that they can sense and communicate with both spirit and animals with practice after a few lessons with Charles as their guide and teacher. Look for workshops to be announced in the near future.

When I first began to really understand just how easy it is to connect with those who have passed, I thought to myself … unsolved crimes should be easy to solve if you can speak with the victims and the loved ones of the victims who are already on the other side. Now after having been involved in a few high profile missing persons cases and other cases where my abilities have been requested, I have this to say about it.

Solving crimes and missing person cases as well as missing pet cases can be benefited by the use of a psychic, but only if the conditions are right and the authorities, victims family and most importantly the psychic, understand the limitations and difficulties involved in diverting resources to follow down leads with no “hard” evidence. The first thing that must be done, is establishing some understanding of the process and having someone close to the case, either an investigator or a family member “test” the psychic.

Testing a psychic does not involve something like you asking them random off case questions or having them guess what object is in your left hand, naming your pets or anything else of that nature. Rather they should be asked to connect with the person who is missing or someone else close to the family in spirit such as a relative who has passed. In some cases this is where the psychics involvement with the case will end. If there is no connection with any verifiable information which would have been impossible to know in advance and if the psychic fails to connect with anyone, there is nothing that person can do to assist.

On the other hand if several details are brought through either about the victim or missing person and they are confirmed then it is important to ask the spirits coming through, if they have information that they would like to pass along to assist in bringing about closure. Many times at that point, unless there is some other grand plan in the works that is yet to be revealed to us, the psychic should begin receiving information which is of benefit to those working to solve the case.

Psychics, should in my opinion, refrain from soliciting cases in order to make a name for themselves or for the intent of collecting reward monies that may be offered. I do not believe that psychics should pressure or request payment for looking into a case at the request of a family member or by members of law enforcement, rather they should offer a free consultation and honestly it should not take hardly much effort or time on their part to be of assistance, provided that there is not some other plan at work. If the psychic can then donate a portion of their time to working the case free of charge that is wonderful. However, if the psychic is not getting anything and the family members or the authorities continue to make demands upon their time, the psychic should have every right to charge fair market rate for their services … provided they are willing to stay on the case – though most good ones would walk away at this point.

Working missing animal cases can be tricky but are no where near as sensitive as working crimes and missing persons cases. I had a reading that took place some time ago where a woman wanted to connect with her dog “Porkchop”. I asked the woman if he was fat and she said “no”, I was surprised because the dog I saw was on the heavy side of things. I was told that he had been rescued after he had gotten out. He gave me the name of the street he was on, the fact that he was at a horse farm with a lawn jockey out front and a high wooden fence around the yard he was kept in.

I saw him returning to the woman in a week, and I also saw that there was nothing that she could do to change that, she simply had to wait. Now, Porkchop was a small dog and it was well below freezing the day he went missing, so you can imagine her concerns. She went so far as to contact another “psychic” who told her that he was dead and that he loved her and had crossed over and was okay now. I was puzzled, when a day after she had obtained the reading from the other “psychic” and she told me what she had said. I reiterated my prior statements and told her that as far as I could tell he was still alive and the only difference was that now instead of a week to go, it was three days to go.

Three days later she called me up and joyfully exclaimed that Porkchop was back and not only that, but he was fat. The deal was that the street that he gave me extended into the next town over where an “ille” was added onto the end of the name of the street. When I first heard the name and repeated it, the woman mentioned the street that sounded just like the name I had heard, (well almost identical) and there were horse farms on that street with lawn jockey’s too, just not the right farm or the right town, right street, slightly different name.

In another case I kept seeing a specific rock formation and was picking up on a name. The problem was that it did not fit anything within the “official” search area, as such it was not picked up on until after the case had been solved. If the search area had included the next State over there is a good chance that the clue would have made a difference had it been followed up on. The area that I was drawn to on the map was the actual flight path taken by the missing party and were you to draw a line from their point of origin (last know coordinates) and had that line run though the area I was drawn to, and then if you had extended that line into the next State over and added a few hundred miles or so you would have ran smack into to the location they were later discovered at.

In the first case I worked I learned a very important lesson. It started with me reading a news article about the missing persons. Later that same day I was visited by the spirit of one of the missing individuals. They told me to contact their coworkers and to inform them that I was in communication with her and that she wanted them to have me help in locating her so that her family could have closure.

I called her office and spoke with the officer in charge, that’s right she worked alongside the men and woman in blue, she was in law enforcement. I was given a better reception then I had hoped for and they requested that I come down to the station and see if by meeting with her coworkers in person and sitting at her desk I could make a strong connection with her and show her that they were taking what she had to say through me, seriously. I drove a few towns over and met her coworkers. I then was led to her desk and sat there for a few minutes. Then I began to bring forward details.

I saw a vehicle in the water off of a boat launch, I saw two other individuals in the same body of water. Both had a connection to a nearby town which I named. I saw a body in the car off the boat launch it was that of an older woman. The police had no info about any of the bodies or locations I was describing. Then I had one last detail about a vehicle that had gone off the road and was hidden from view. One thing I noticed was no skid marks. I also picked up on MI72 and I told the detective who was working the case that I kept getting the 72 part repeatedly. I had been asking for a clue to their where abouts and MI72 was what I kept getting along with all the cars and bodies in the river.

Two days later or so I received a phone call from the detective who was in charge of the case. He asked if I had turned on the news that morning, I told him that since I was in another State I did not regularly watch the news where he was. he then told me that they had just pulled two bodies out of the river right in the area that I had indicated. That both had gone missing from the town that I mentioned a connection to, but that they were not they ones I had been looking for.

Another week went by and they finally found the missing party that I had tried to assist with. The detective told me that they had a Hwy 72 nearby and that they found the missing car and person on Hwy 72 mile post 72, there’s that repeated 72. To cap things off, not only had I identified the Hwy and the mile post marker that they were at, but I also described why they crashed, who the driver was, how quickly they had passed and the position of the vehicle.

Another few weeks went by and the same detective called me up to inform me that in 20 years of being on the force, he had never seen such a thing. That morning he had been called out to the river again, this time to the boat launch I had discussed with them previously. An angler had put his fishing boat in the water and while launching it he caught his motor on the roof of a car at the end of the ramp. In the car they found an elderly woman. The detective went on to joke about how the State police might want to talk to me since I was the only one who knew anything about her, she had not even been reported as missing.

At this point I realized just what had happened. As soon as the authorities decided to listen to me, the other missing person cases in the area came forward and tried to ride the coat trails of the investigation I was involved in. They did not reveal that they were unrelated in the hopes that their clues would be followed up on so that they too could be found, bringing closure and peace to their families and loved ones. Soon after the same detective asked me to look at another case, this one led me in circles and after the success (sort of) of my first case I was hoping it too would be fairly easy, (from my perspective). As it turned out, that person did not want to be found or I simply was not supposed to assist with bring closure to it.

I have learned that sometimes tragic events must play themselves out. Much growth on a spiritual level takes place when a tragic event unfolds. Those who are touched by it, question their own existence, communities come together and strangers reach out to help others. Sometimes karma is at play, and not just from this present existence but perhaps tied to past events. In the cases where a psychic can be of help it’s important to remember that you are not just dealing with the spirits of the missing and their family members, but also you may be interacting with others who may even try and feed you false leads. As we are in life, so are we in death … to a great extent. Our personality remains intact.

If a young woman goes missing and her family speaks out about how pure she was and how she never would put herself in harms way, it’s difficult for the young woman to step forward and tell a psychic (read – a stranger) just what happened to her and where her body is. If the body is located quickly full battery of tests can be performed to determine what if any drugs were in her system, if she had be sexually assaulted and so forth. If her body was defaced, the last thing she may want is for her parents or loved ones to see her in such a state. It is easier in their minds if the body is not discovered until such physical evidence is no longer remaining or not at all.

Working missing persons cases are by far the most sensitive as if you tell someone that their loved one is dead and then they walk in the door a week later, there will be some serious problems. It is usually best if the family contacts a psychic and checks to see if the psychic can connect with unpublished details of the case and or individuals involved in the investigation. If the psychic is able to connect, then they should be handed off to the authorities at the request of the family. This way the psychic has a layer of insulation between the information coming in and the family members who may not be ready to hear such details or perhaps the psychic has misunderstood a detail coming through and until checked out it is best to protect the family from such information. This is not always the case, sometimes family members are equipt to handle such information and if that is the case, the psychic will know as the parties involved on the other side will know as well.

The long and short of it is that psychics are another tool and not a magic bullet. They should not be expected to simply walk in and say “so and so is in the cellar and Johnny did it with a baseball bat. Sometimes it is that simple, other times it is “MI72, 72 repeatedly.” Had the detective not been so focused on looking at another area he may have said to me what about Hwy 72 to which I would have most likely responded, “wow! that’s it!” and the case would have been solved. Psychics can provide another set of eyes, take a fresh look at evidence and best of all, chat with those who know all the secrets, the dearly departed.

Prior to becoming aware of my own abilities I was a complete skeptic, I still am a skeptic of anything brought through during a reading until it is confirmed. It is not my ability to “hear voices in my head” or “see visions” that make me a believer, it is the confirmations brought forward during and after the readings by those involved that make me believe that there is far more to this life then we are yet able to fully comprehend. Just as the world was at one time considered to be flat, I expect that some day the abilities of true and ethical psychics will simply be taken as a given. If this were the case, and a criminal knew that his victim could talk to the authorities, dead or not, it might make them think twice before committing a crime.

One last thing to think about … many claim to be psychic, but are con artists. Just like a person masquerading as a doctor when they do not have the schooling required nor the expertise. Do we call them a doctor after their fraud is revealed, no. Then why is it that when a person claiming to be a psychic but who is really a con artist is apprehended, the media continues to refer to them as a psychic? A real psychic is a light worker in that they work to bring about peace and harmony and do everything they can for the greater good. A final note, names and details of examples of cases I have been involved in have been changed slightly as to protect the privacy of the family members and those involved.
